Can you provide an estimated delivery date?
Your jewelry is packaged with love and a little sparkle. Orders usually ship within 2–4 business days.
Once shipped delivery times vary between 5–7 business days.
You’ll receive tracking info so you can follow your pretty little package along its route.
Do you make custom pieces?
I sure do! Creating custom pieces is one of my favorite things.
Send me your idea, inspo pics, colors — all the things — and we’ll design something perfect for you.
Custom orders are final sale since they’re made just for you.
Do you accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations?
Returns:
If something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.
Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
Just reach out before sending anything back — returns without notice can’t be accepted.
Damaged or incorrect items:
If your order arrives damaged or not what you expected, please reach out within 24 hours of delivery so I can make it right.
Cancellations:
Because orders are processed quickly, all sales are final once placed and cannot be canceled.
